Where to start

Smoked salt is the most surprising: it gives a smoky flavor without a smoker. Try it first on roasted potatoes, seasoning after removing from the oven and not before.

Maca should never be heated: add it off the heat, in a smoothie or an already cooked porridge. Start with a teaspoon; its flavor is strong.

Kuntu coffee is a dark roast from Amazonas, at 1,800 meters. It holds up well in a tiramisu, where a light roast would disappear under the mascarpone.
