Other destinations
Standard international delivery costs €29.00, provided the destination is served. Collection point options depend on your address and available services. We do not offer express delivery.
Preparation and delivery times
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days from France. After dispatch, allow 2–4 business days in France, 4–8 business days in the EU and up to 15 days elsewhere. Contact us if delivery is delayed; we will follow up with the carrier.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email when your parcel is handed to the carrier. If tracking has not changed for more than three business days, contact us so we can investigate.
Damaged parcel or missing product
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos if possible. Reporting within 72 hours helps us handle the issue but does not limit your statutory rights. We arrange a replacement or refund.
30-day returns
Andes Nature lets you request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, including sale items. This commercial return option is additional to your statutory rights.
Contact aguillen220@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Send the products back within 14 days of your request to: Andes Nature — Aníbal Guillen Calderon, 31 boulevard Michelet, 44300 Nantes, France.
For this commercial return option, products must be unused, unopened and unconsumed, in their original packaging. You pay return shipping costs, except where we made an error or the product is faulty.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt remains applicable, without giving a reason, with a further 14 days to send products back after notification. Statutory exceptions apply, including goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code). Our commercial policy does not limit your statutory guarantees.
Refunds
We refund your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your request. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.
When the entire order is returned, original shipping costs are refunded up to the standard delivery charge. Your bank may require additional time to display the refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
Contact us with your order number and photos if possible. We handle the issue and cover return costs where the problem is our responsibility, without limiting your statutory rights.
